Technical Scheduling Officer based at the Balcatta PRFS Depot. Must be able to commit to 6.00 am early starts.Reporting to the Team Leader Planning & Scheduling, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and optimal delivery of work in accordance with KPI targets. You will facilitate Maintenance and Operations commitments to enable work to be delivered safely with minimal impact to site, assets, process, and environment.What the role will involve:Collaborating with O&M Team Leaders, Technical Advisors, and O&M Planners to support and action the work program based on resource forecasts and productivity levels.Coordinating corrective maintenance review and assessment to prioritize work based on asset availability, criticality, and process impacts.Key skills and experience:Considerable experience in scheduling and/or planning maintenance or operational activities.Experience in field-based asset operations and maintenance within a large infrastructure-based service organization.You will also:Collaborate with Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) Team Leaders, Technical Advisors, and Technical Planners to support work programs.Support scheduling of work based on priority, planned date, geographical location, and asset impact to ensure efficient management of work orders throughout their lifecycle.Assist in procurement processes and purchase orders for external contractors when required.Monitor and report on corrective work trends, advising on resource requirements.Develop daily work allocations to ensure effective utilization of crews.Highlight resource constraints impacting daily work delivery.Maintain and update planning rosters weekly for planning meetings.Create, assign, and manage work orders through their lifecycle.Prepare a two-week work plan based on the 6-week plan from SAP or Maximo.Confirm resource availability by 12 pm daily, adjust plans accordingly, and distribute daily plans to relevant teams.Apply: If interested, please submit a covering letter and resume demonstrating your ability to meet the role''s requirements.
