About Melbourne Sexual Health Centre The Melbourne Sexual Health Centre (MSHC), part of Alfred Specialty Medicine at Alfred Health, is situated in Carlton. It specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of sexually transmissible infections (STIs), including HIV/AIDS and hepatitis C. MSHC is renowned for clinical excellence, innovation, research, and ongoing postgraduate training. The staff of approximately 100 includes administrative support, ICT, counselors, doctors, nurses, researchers, and postgraduate students. The Role A Client Service Officer at MSHC provides comprehensive administrative support to the clinical team and clients. Responsibilities include reception, appointments, switchboard, COVID Entry Point Screening, data entry, medical records management, client communication, billing, and supporting clinical and research staff.
