EzyStrut is the market leader in cable and pipe support systems throughout Australia.We are looking for an Electrician (Supervisor) to join the Maintenance team at Korvest Ltd.Your new role:Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for leading a small maintenance team of mechanical fitters within the EzyStrut department while providing electrical support to ensure efficient maintenance and repairs across our operations at Kilburn, including performing electrical tasks for the Galvanising Department when required.You will undertake troubleshooting, inspecting, and repairing electrical systems while assigning tasks and monitoring workflow for the EzyStrut Maintenance team and ensure safety compliance. You will focus on maintaining the reliability of our electrical systems and mechanical equipment, providing technical guidance, and ensuring that all work is completed to industry and safety standards.Your responsibilities include:Supervision and coordinating activities of a small Maintenance team including contractorsDeveloping and maintaining maintenance schedules and work orders for the work area to minimise downtimePerforming electrical maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs on equipment, wiring, and fixtures to ensure operational reliabilityConducting inspections as part of our safety program to identify hazards and necessary repairs, ensuring compliance with safety codes and regulationsMaintaining records of work completed and safety inspections undertakenOrdering and maintain inventory of necessary electrical and other supplies and equipmentResponding to emergency maintenance calls and troubleshootingContributing to our culture of safetyYou will bring:Current Electrician Licence and registrationAt least 3 years experience as an industrial electricianAbility to lead a small teamExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detailExperience with control and safety circuitsExperience with broad range of manufacturing equipment and toolingAbility to work in a team environment where work is shared to achieve deadlines and respond to changing prioritiesWhat we offer:Bonuses for productivity, safety and attendanceOpportunity for overtimeEmployee Referral program paying $1,000 per referralSecure ongoing employment in a growing ASX listed companyAccess to our employee assistance programEligibility for company share bonus after 2 years of serviceCharity and community support programsSocial programs including quarterly site-wide eventsEzyStrut celebrates our diverse and inclusive workforce.
