What You''ll Be Doing Operation Management: Manage the day-to-day operations across multiple worksites, ensuring contract performance, service quality, and compliance with company and client KPIs. Client Relationship Management: Serve as a point of contact for clients, addressing concerns promptly and maintaining long-term partnerships. Quality Assurance & Site Inspections: Conduct regular site inspections, monitor service delivery quality, and oversee corrective actions to address deficiencies. Budget & Contract Management: Support budgeting processes and provide updates to duty lists and contract terms as needed. Staff Support & Leadership: Provide training, support, and leadership to site staff and managers. CRM & Reporting: Maintain CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) and review operational reports to ensure compliance and transparency. Business Development: Assist with tender inputs and identify opportunities to grow the business in key sectors and new markets. Collaboration: Work closely with Operations, Quality, and EHS teams to meet safety, quality, and performance targets. Qualifications We would love to meet you if you can confidently demonstrate these essential skills: Excellent organisation and communication skills. Managerial and leadership skills. Minimum 3 years experience within Management, preferably in positions within the Cleaning Industry. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Ability to be organised and meet deadlines. Ability to identify customer needs and challenges. Requirements You must have full work rights within Australia. A current clear Police Check.
