We''re seeking a dynamic and detail-driven Senior Logistics Coordinator to join our Sydney Head Office and be the critical link in ensuring our products move seamlessly from supplier to doorstep.Role responsibilities include:Delivery Performance:Ensure products are Delivered In Full and On Time (DIFOT), every time.Manage relationships with 3PLs and freight forwarders to secure the best outcomes.Monitor delivery timelines and ensure accurate commercial documentation.Identify and resolve operational or system issues to maintain schedule integrity.Warehousing & Inventory:Collaborate with 3PLs and Inventory Controller to maintain stock accuracy.Investigate discrepancies and escalate issues to relevant teams.Support warehousing KPIs and continuous process improvement.Reporting & Cost Management:Deliver daily DIFOT and exception reports.Approve supplier invoices in line with budget.Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising service quality.You will haveExperience in freight forwarding and international shipping logistics.Advanced understanding of customs documentation and export compliance.Knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management processes.Strong Excel skills (Intermediate to Advanced).Attention to detail with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.Experience with AP21 is a bonus.We offer:50% off Employee discounts across Seafolly & JetsLocated by the Grounds of Alexandria with the best coffee in Sydney.Bonus Birthday Day off & paid parental leave24/5 access to Sonder Employee Physical & Mental health and safety platformHands on training and development and opportunities for career progressionAbout Seafolly & JETS:Seafolly is Australias most loved iconic swimwear brand.
