With a reputation for integrity, quality service, and long-term supplier partnerships, theyre committed to creating a collaborative workplace where every team member is supported to grow and succeed.About the Role This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised and proactive Purchasing/Customer service Officer to join a dynamic and values-driven team based out of Ravenhall VICKey Responsibilities:Process and manage purchase orders with a focus on accuracy and timely deliveryLiaise with suppliers to negotiate pricing, resolve discrepancies, and build strong relationshipsMonitor supplier pricing and communicate updates to internal stakeholdersTrack outstanding orders and overdue deliveries using Microsoft NavisionCollaborate across departments to support inventory optimisationMaintain accurate records of purchasing activities and supplier interactionsAssist with supplier onboarding and other administrative tasksIdentify cost-saving opportunities and process improvementsEnsure all activities align with company safety, compliance, and sustainability standardsDeliver prompt, professional service to internal and external stakeholdersAbout You:Prior experience in purchasing, procurement, or inventory management (entry-level or similar)Familiarity with inventory systems experience with Microsoft Navision is a bonusExcellent communication and negotiation skillsHigh attention to detail and a structured, organised approachProfessional phone manner and service-focused mindsetProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)A team player who acts with integrity, respect, and accountabilityEager to learn, adaptable to change, and comfortable taking initiativeAlignment with company values and a genuine interest in the construction industryGo Ahead Groupis a national provider of Trades & Services to the Construction, Manufacturing, Engineering and Warehousing Industries Australia wide.
