About the Role: Maintain and repair our premium tractors, harvesters, seeders, spreaders, and more. Provide comprehensive mechanical services including maintenance, rebuilds, diagnostics, and rapid breakdown support. Support sales with pre-assembly of machinery. Build strong relationships with customers. Mentor and empower apprentices. Maintain a safe, dynamic, and professional workshop environment. Skills and Experience: Certified heavy diesel mechanic with extensive service and repair experience. Agricultural experience is advantageous. Valid drivers license.
