Leave your creative fingerprint on some of the most talked-about titles in entertainment today.You will bring locally resonant, globally relevant stories to life.Youll be part of a culture that celebrates originality, champions brave ideas, and supports creative freedom.Remuneration is flexible based on your experience & expectationsThis is an exciting opportunity to lead standout campaigns & collaborate with world-class talentA hybrid working model in the office and from home, as they appreciate flexibilityPotential to extend or other opportunities may present themself.What Youll DoTake the creative reins on high-impact campaigns that energise audiences across Australia and New Zealand.Collaborate with global and local teams to craft compelling marketing strategies from the ground up.Lead agency partners in developing head-turning creative from video and social content to immersive activations and experiences.Partner with media specialists to launch campaigns that are as strategic as they are unforgettable.Work hand-in-hand with PR, social, and partnership teams to deliver fully integrated campaigns.What They''re Looking ForCreative leadership: Youve spent 10+ years developing campaigns, coming from a background in film, TV, gaming, or sport, agency or client-side. If you have also had experience in a tech company in addition to, it would be advantageous.Storytelling passion: You live and breathe entertainment, and your enthusiasm for content is contagious.Innovation mindset: Youre not just comfortable with risk you seek it out, always pushing for ideas that challenge the norm.Campaign execution skills: From AV shoots to bold out-of-home concepts, you know how to turn ideas into reality.Collaboration expertise: You thrive in fast-paced environments, juggling multiple campaigns while working with teams around the globe.Strategic thinking: You bring insight, curiosity, and sharp judgment to every project, with a keen eye for creativity that moves the needle.Application ProcessPlease click the appropriate link to apply.
