You will work autonomously, as well as within a multidisciplinary team, to ensure our participants achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.Key Responsibilities:Plan, deliver, and evaluate education and support services to NDIS participantsCollaborate with other health professionals and NDIS-related entitiesProvide high-quality, timely reports that meet participant and stakeholder needsMaintain accurate records, billing, and invoicingRegularly update stakeholders on participant progressBuild and maintain strong partnerships with stakeholdersTraineeship opportunities availableAbout You: You are compassionate, conscientious, and possess strong communication and time management skills.
