This precinct boasts 3 hotels, 545 rooms, 3 restaurants, 3 bars, 17 versatile conference rooms, and an executive club lounge.Job DescriptionWorking as a key member of our Precinct Talent & Culture Team, the Learning & Development Executive will drive the development, facilitation, and evaluation of our people development strategy.Reporting to the Director of Talent & Culture, you will manage the precinct''s people development initiatives; deliver and manage the L&D programs and projects; and drive the L&D agenda with a focus on capability. You will also organise and drive the employee social calendar to increase engagement.Duties include but are not limited to:Lead and promote the strategic L&D direction across the precinct.Drive our capabilities framework and identify training needs, ensuring the planning and delivery of an annual training calendar.Be an ambassador of the portfolio of programs by AccorHotels Academy and foster the Academys programs across the precinct to develop its people.Work with leadership teams in aligning people development strategies and plans in line with our performance review cycle.Work closely with brand and loyalty champions, driving compliance and effectiveness to the guest experience.Manage all onboarding processes and plans, work experience, management trainees, interns, and apprentices ensuring structure and outcomes.Manage and report on key L&D metrics.QualificationsAt least 2 years experience in a similar role, Hospitality industry preferred.Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume organisation, delivering training in a complex environment.Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or other Learning & Development related qualification.Excellent interpersonal communication skills.Ability to articulate hotel standards and deliver key messages.Additional InformationLocated in the heart of NSW''s most exciting entertainment precinct and home to Accor Stadium youll receive:Work, travel, and career opportunities across our global network.Relevant learning tools provided through Accor Academy and Typsy.The precinct role provides the opportunity to work with and learn from the leaders of the business.Discounts on worldwide accommodation and F&B.Dry cleaning and tools of trade provided.Access to secure onsite parking. #J-18808-Ljbffr
