As a key member of the team and reporting directly to the CHPP Production Superintendent, you will be the critical link of information between leaders and operational personnel, responsible for the day-to-day supervision, direction and leadership of the team in a manner that is ethical, innovative and aligned to CHPP and organisational goals. This will be achieved by setting and achieving goals, developed leadership skills, and building a good rapport with internal and external stakeholders.About the Role:Coal deliveries being prepared in accordance with daily and weekly targets.Leading a team of CHPP operators on crew and reinforcing company values.Providing excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.Compliance with all HSEC and legislative requirements are met.Maintaining a high level of positive safety performance and workplace culture through teamwork, personal commitment, and application of the company values.About You:You will be an experienced supervisor with the ability to effectively lead a team of CHPP Operator/Maintainers, demonstrating strong judgement, sound decision-making, and problem-solving capabilities. Your proven experience in coal handling and processing will be key to your success in this role. While a trade qualification in either electrical or mechanical disciplines is preferred, it is not essential.Just as importantly, weve worked hard to make sure you feel valued.
