About the role Reporting to the Store Manager, youll have full accountability of store operations during the evening and night trade. Youll take pride in contributing to a store which is exceptionally presented, welcoming and engaging for our customers, team members and community. As a Night Trading Manager, youll guide team members, allocate tasks, and provide support and direction to be able to provide exceptional service to our customers. About you and your skills Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment Direct leadership experience as youll need to lead, coach and develop your team to meet sales targets, cost control and rostering requirements Ensure visual merchandising, safety, compliance and stock management standards are met to inspire customers and keep things simple Be customer obsessed and continually seek to better understand our diverse customers Drive a one team culture which celebrates success and prioritizes team members'' health, safety and wellbeing Whats in it for you?
