Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent-lution is proud to be partnering with 7-Eleven to build their new in-house agency, and were looking for a Creative Lead to help shape how the brand sounds and shows up across every channel.This is a key leadership role for someone with a copywriting background who can concept big ideas, lead messaging strategy, and guide brand storytelling across every customer touchpoint from campaign platforms to in-store copy.Youll play a vital part in building a modern creative capability thats fast, smart, and delivers work were proud of.Day to day, youll:Lead creative concepting and storytelling across campaign, retail, and contentOwn the tone of voice and messaging direction for the brandReview and refine copy across formats from digital and OOH to in-store and socialManage and mentor a small team of copywriters and content creatorsPartner closely with the Design Lead to align visuals and wordsCollaborate with marketing, digital, and agency partners to deliver cohesive creativeContribute to high-impact creative work and develop brand playbooks and messaging frameworksYour toolkit:Experience in senior copywriting or creative leadership rolesStrong conceptual skills and a portfolio that shows multi-channel storytellingA sharp sense of tone, audience, and simplicity in messagingConfidence giving and receiving feedback, and growing creative capability in othersDeep understanding of campaign platforms, messaging strategy, and creative executionComfortable working in Agile or cross-functional environmentsStrong collaboration and communication skillsWhy this opportunity at 7-Eleven?7-Eleven is an agile, human-centred organisation, and its people are at the heart of everything it does.
