This role is key to ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, facilitating account growth, and driving profitable outcomes.Key Responsibilities:Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.Oversee Contract logistics execution to meet client and organizational goals.Manage operational service needs and queries.Analyse operational, sales, and fee data to ensure profitability.Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and issue resolution.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient supply chain operations.Identify opportunities for account growth and process improvement.Monitor and report on KPI performance.Prepare and present business reviewsAbout You:A minimum of 5 years of experience in Supply Chain or similar field, ideally in an Account Management role (Healthcare or medical distribution experience is not essential but a bonus).Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-focused approach.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.Experience managing KPI dashboards where required.Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.Strong relationship-building skills with business partners, suppliers, customer service, finance, and logistics teams.What We Offer:Supportive and collaborative work culture.Opportunities for growth and development.The chance to make an impact in the healthcare industry!We''re not engaging any recruitment agencies for this role, so if you''re interested.
