About the RoleAs the face of Adbri Masonry in your region, youll play a key role in engaging with a diverse customer basedriving profitable sales, promoting our trusted brand, and delivering high-quality service. With a strong focus on achieving revenue, average selling price (ASP), and market share targets, you will actively promote and sell our products while managing strategic accounts and fostering long-term relationships with architects, resellers, builders, and customers.This role requires a balanced approach to direct selling and account management, all while upholding Adbri Masonrys commitment to safety, compliance, and service excellence.This role requires occasional night stays away from home and candidates must be highly organised, with strong data-driven decision-making abilities and a keen eye for market trends.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and grow accounts across Regional VictoriaExecute an active and effective customer call cycleSupport customers with merchandising and product displaysDevelop relationships with direct customers, architects, resellers, and buildersUse CRM tools (Salesforce) to track activity and opportunitiesDeliver strategic plans and contribute to regional growth targetsTravel and overnight stays as required to maintain visibility in the regionProvide timely reporting and market updates (weekly, monthly, quarterly)Identify new opportunities in products, promotions, and advertisingCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure service excellenceWhat Youll BringStrong sales experience (construction or building products industry desirable)Relevant tertiary qualifications in business or related fieldsProficiency in Microsoft Office and sales data analysisSelf-motivated with a strategic mindset and planning abilityExcellent communication and negotiation skillsA proactive, solutions-focused attitude and a customer-first approachExperience with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a teamWhat We OfferA respected brand and supportive team cultureCompetitive remuneration and benefitsOpportunity to work with a national leader in masonry and building productsCareer growth opportunities within a dynamic and growing businessA role that balances autonomy with team support and leadership visibilitySafety FirstAdbri Masonry is committed to a strong safety culture.
