Select how often (in days) to receive an alert:Work Location: Fortescues Iron Bridge project is located on the traditional lands of the Nyamal people.Roster: 7D7N14R FIFO ex PerthAn exciting opportunity exists for a qualified and dynamic Fixed Plant Maintenance Electrical Supervisor to join the Iron Bridge OPF Electrical Maintenance team.You will lead a team to provide safe, effective, and timely electrical maintenance to our equipment and ancillaries to optimize plant operational capacity.Key ResponsibilitiesResponsibility for electrical compliance within the fixed plantProviding leadership and support to a diverse team of trade personnel; work in conjunction with all OPF teams on scheduled worksDriving safe systems of work with a strong and positive team safety cultureEnsuring development and succession plans are implemented to achieve a positive workplace cultureSetting clear expectations and standards for team members to meet organisational objectivesManaging and planning daily work tasks and providing supervision to all electrical employees and contractors under your controlQualifications and ExperienceWestern Australia Electrical LicenceIn-House Licence Nominee experienceS26 - Schedule 26 statutory supervisorHV Switching qualifications with previous experienceStrong knowledge of statutory compliance, WA electrical standards, regulations, and legislationPrevious leadership experience within a processing plantExperience in computer-based maintenance systems SAP desirableAbout UsBe part of something big.
