We are seeking a Senior Consultant or Manager eager to contribute and lead the growth of our team.Our team helps build a better working world by improving clients capital investment decisions, achieving strategic and policy objectives, and delivering value to the Australian public.We support the reform lifecycle, from initial policy development to procuring major infrastructure, including:Supporting government decision-making through economic and financial analysis addressing strategic policy reform and regulatory issues, including market reforms.Developing strategies and business cases to support government investments.Providing commercial and procurement advice across the transaction lifecycle, from go-to-market planning to financial close and beyond.We are involved in major projects across transport, renewable energy, health, human services, defence, and international development, including contributions to infrastructure initiatives for the upcoming Olympic Games.As a valued team member, you will:Provide insightful commercial, economic, and strategic policy advice to diverse clients, including government and private sector.Craft clear, well-structured reports and presentations.Utilise analytical models to evaluate costs, benefits, and impacts.Contribute to business development through proposals, pitches, and thought leadership.Manage client engagements and present analyses and findings.Foster relationships within EY, with clients, and industry professionals.What we look forTo be considered, you must have:2-4 years of relevant industry experience.Tertiary qualifications in finance, accounting, engineering, economics, or law.Ability to work effectively in teams and deliver high-quality client work while developing relationships.Experience from professional consulting, finance, construction, or government sectors.Experience in transport and/or renewable energy projects is highly regarded.A keen interest in tackling complex challenges that positively impact Australians.Strong communication, quantitative, and qualitative analysis skills.A proactive, positive attitude and collaborative spirit.What we offer youAt EY, well support your talents in a diverse, inclusive culture of globally connected teams.
