In this role, youll take ownership of a well-maintained portfolio of approximately 135 properties, primarily built through house and land sales. Youll be responsible for end-to-end management of your portfolio, supported by a dedicated Property Management Assistant and additional admin support. Trust accounting? No need to worry our accounts team takes care of that for you.As our rent roll expands, so will your role and salary, making this an ideal opportunity for someone eager to build something meaningful with us and grow within our company.
