Role requirements Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or higher) Proven people management experience with the ability to manage both upwards and downwards A positive growth mindset with strong organisational and time management skills Strong knowledge and experience of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and the National Quality Standards (NQS) Positive experience with Assessment and Rating, including developing and maintaining a Quality Improvement Plan (QIP) Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills Ability to work collaboratively and build positive relationships with all stakeholders What next?
