With a strong leadership team and a clear strategic vision, this is a career-defining opportunity to take ownership of a $40 million business unit and drive continued growth and excellence.As General Manager HVAC NSW, you will lead a high-performing team across all facets of operations, customer engagement, and service delivery. With 10 direct reports and a wider team of 25, you will be instrumental in fostering a culture of performance, safety, and innovation.
