We are looking for a Product Designer (Full Time) to join our Perth office!Position OverviewThe Product Designer role requires a seasoned and strategic thinker with 10+ years of industry experience across multiple markets. The position demands deep expertise in UX/UI design, human-centred research, and the development of digital products tailored to a wide range of cultural and business contexts.The Product Designer is responsible for translating complex project requirements into elegant, accessible, and user-friendly digital solutions. The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams and clients to lead research workshops, define user journeys and information architecture, develop scalable design systems, and ensure all outputs meet high standards of usability, accessibility, and inclusive design.Experience designing for eLearning platforms or digital training environments is highly regarded and may be required, as the role occasionally supports internal learning systems and content delivery tools.
