Each stores independent ownership contributes to a unique local experience while maintaining the high standards of the Camera House brand.At Camera House we operate our own warehouse, stocking more than 1,800 products, from accessories and film to exclusive imports and photographic equipment.As a brand we evoke excitement and anticipation for our customers, we are the go-to destination for all photography needs through engaging customer service and comprehensive offerings.About the Role:As a Photographic Salesperson at Camera House, you will be at the forefront of delivering exceptional service and expertise to our customers, helping them find the perfect solutions for their photography needs.If you are looking to work with a team of people who have a shared passion for photography and customer satisfaction, then Camera House should be your next move. Our team of experts have a personal drive and passion to help solve customers problems and share in their journey of capturing lifes memorable moments.Key Responsibilities:Provide knowledgeable advice on photographic equipment and accessories.Assist customers with product selection, demonstrating a strong understanding of features and benefits.Assisting in inventory management and stock control tasks.Collaborating with your colleagues to achieve sales targets and KPIs.Maintain the stores presentation and ensure products are displayed attractively.Achieve and exceed sales targets through exceptional customer service.Stay updated on the latest photography trends and product developments.Handle customer inquiries, including technical questions and after-sales support.What Were Looking For:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide friendly and knowledgeable assistance to our customers.A passion for photography and familiarity with various types of camera equipment and a desire to showcase your passion for being the best in class.Thrive on solving problems, whilst drawing from your retail or customer service skills.Strong sales and customer service skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Previous retail experience in a photographic or electronics environment is an advantage.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.If youre enthusiastic about photography and love helping people capture lifes moments, wed love to hear from you!How to Apply:Please submit your resume and cover letter now.
