We are seeking a Senior Project Manager for a 12-month maximum-term contract to support regulatory-driven changes within our insurance business. What will you be doing? Strategic project governance & delivery: Control schedule, scope, budget, risks, and dependencies for complex applications and infrastructure projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery. Cross-functional solution design: Collaborate with RAC teams to develop approaches that meet business objectives, designing implementation strategies and processes with key stakeholders. Risk, compliance & quality assurance: Anticipate and mitigate delivery risks, embed regulatory requirements, and maintain thorough documentation, highlight/exception reporting, and conduct post-implementation reviews. Resource & artefact management: Assess resourcing needs, oversee the development of project artefacts, and optimize the deployment of internal and external resources. Executive reporting & governance: Generate clear status reports and Steering Committee presentations, providing actionable insights and recommendations for decision-making. Change leadership & business readiness: Coordinate engagement, communication, training, and go-live activities to embed change, along with robust post-implementation support and transition planning. High-performance team & stakeholder leadership: Inspire project teams and service providers, foster strong relationships, and secure stakeholder buy-in through workshops, presentations, and ongoing collaboration. What are we looking for in you? Postgraduate qualifications in business are desirable. Ability to manage ambiguous situations and guide team members, building trust and relationships. Qualifications in project management (e.g., Prince2, MSP) are highly desirable. Significant experience in leading cross-functional teams to achieve goals.
