This proactive and hands-on role involves providing administrative assistance to project teams to ensure successful project execution.Key Responsibilities:Maintain project schedules, actions, and deadlines.Coordinate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder engagements, including preparing agendas and following up on actions.Develop workstream status reports and assist with status updates.Assist in developing and maintaining project documentation (e.g., project plans, resource plans).Support internal and external project communications.Assist with budget and expense tracking.Support risk monitoring and assist with risk mitigation strategies.Help onboard new team members to projects.Support other aspects of project delivery, such as analysis, testing, and change management support.Key People Interactions:Business stakeholders at all levelsClients and supportersTransformation TeamExternal vendors and system integrators/delivery partnersKey Criteria:Education/Qualifications:Desirable: Formal certification in Business Administration or Project Management (e.g., Prince2, PMBOK, Agile).Experience:Essential: Experience in a Project Support role on large programs of change with a hybrid agile delivery approach in a medium to large organization. Proficiency with tools like Excel, Microsoft Project, SharePoint, and Teams. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and documentation skills.
