We are what youre looking for.The RoleIf you thrive off a fast-paced environment and you need a new challenge then read on!We currently have a fantastic opportunity to join our Logistics Rail team, within our Operations Division on a full-time, permanent basis as a Lead Rail Processes and Systems.This role will report to the Manager Rail Operations and working closely with both CBH and rail service providers operational personnel.The primary purpose of this role is to provide support in managing the CBH rail contracts and the ability to operate safely and efficiently; assisting in the management and execution of the CBH Rail Safety Management Plan.Responsibilities include:Ensuring the performance standard requirements under the Rail Safety Regulations are adequately reviewed, documented, and appliedWorking collaboratively with CBHs Health and Safety team and Operations to ensure alignment of systems, processes and reporting; leading changes if requiredAssist in the ongoing management of the Rail Services Agreement and other rail related contractsLead operational and asset management project work as required; such as discrete project coordination, studies- including data collection and analysisOversee the Rail Safety Management Plan document and associated operating plans, SOPs, and work instructions to ensure accuracy, compliance; while correcting any systemic issues or seeking enhancementsParticipate in long-term rail safety, operational and strategic planningAssist in rail performance related management activities and initiativesAbout You:Demonstrated extensive operational rail experienceExpertise in overseeing rail safety management systemsBackground in either maintenance or train operationsProven ability to manage projects effectively;Familiarity with exposure to contractor managementExcellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritiseStrong conceptual, analytical and problems solving skillsWhy work with CBH?Work with meaning and being part of something biggerPlay a critical role in moving WAs grain from paddocks to ports, and on to countries all around the world.
