Position Description: Injury Management, Return to Work / Fitness for Work CoordinatorRole accountabilities include:Develop and advise on procedures for fitness for work, workers compensation, injury management, and return to work.Ensure compliance with legislative requirements for workers compensation and return to work processes.Manage all aspects of workers compensation, injury management, and rehabilitation for employees.Facilitate communication between injured employees, managers, and stakeholders.Prepare and coordinate return to work and injury management plans.Undertake health and well being projects and provide accurate reportsCompetencies/CertificationsCandidates must hold the following and provide evidence:Diploma of Personal Injury and Disability Insurance Managementora Certificate IV Personal Injury and Disability Insurance Management with a minimum of two years relevant experience.Current competence as a Return-to-Work Coordinator.Current Driver LicencePay & ConditionsGroup & Team: Corporate Services Network, People and Culture Group, Work Health and Safety TeamLocation: Council Centre / Town HallStart Date: From 12 May to 19 August 2025Hours per week: Full-time - 38 hours per week #J-18808-Ljbffr
