The opportunity: Member Support Consultants (MSCs) at our Maroochydore club play an essential role in building and maintaining a thriving Goodlife Health Club membership base. MSCs are the first point of contact for prospective members and inspire them to start their wellness journey. They are responsible for helping thousands become faster, fitter, stronger, and happier. The role of an MSC is diverse, with two main goals: achieving membership growth through proactive sales activities and retaining existing members through excellent customer service. MSCs seamlessly switch between sales, lead generation, providing exceptional service at the reception, and proactively engaging with members to enhance their experience and retention. Applicants must be available to work Sunday through Thursday each week. Responsibilities Proactively contribute to club sales targets through promotions and referral campaigns Generate and convert high-quality leads via community outreach and seeking referrals Achieve contact targets via phone to maximize sales opportunities Provide sales presentations and tours to prospective members Create positive, personalized member experiences Respond effectively to inquiries Open and close the club according to the roster Participate in member retention programs to motivate ongoing fitness journeys Conduct regular service calls to engage members and recommend products to enhance their results About you: Current First Aid & CPR certificates Ability to build rapport with diverse individuals and a desire to help others succeed Problem-solving skills and resilience Excellent communication skillslistening, understanding, empathizing, influencing Persistence with a drive to meet targets and team objectives Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering outstanding service What we can offer you: A career in the fitness industry is unique.
