We are proudly part of Japan Post www.tollgroup.com Job Overview Toll Group is seeking a dedicated and driven Site Manager to oversee operations at our Queanbeyan and Nowra sites, working with a leading beverage supplier. This role offers a chance to contribute to our business success, develop a high-performing team, and deliver exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities Safety & Operational Excellence: Foster a safety-first culture and achieve continuous improvements in safety and operational metrics. Business & Market Planning: Develop and execute strategic plans aligned with operational goals, monitoring progress regularly. Customer Service Leadership: Ensure high-quality customer experiences and satisfaction through effective KPI management. Team Development: Build and retain high-performing teams via engagement, coaching, and mentoring. Cost & Service Optimization: Manage costs effectively while enhancing service value for customers. Safety Leadership: Lead health, safety, and environmental compliance initiatives. P&L Management: Oversee financial performance, including budgeting and variance analysis. Business Development: Identify growth opportunities and collaborate with teams to expand services. Qualifications Minimum 3 years leadership experience managing teams and operations. Strong P&L management skills, including budgeting and forecasting. Proven team development and mentorship abilities. Understanding of COR legislation; forklift and HR drivers licenses are advantageous. Excellent communication skills at all organizational levels.
