In this unique leadership role, you will have the chance to influence real organisational change by partnering with senior leaders and driving proactive people solutions. You will manage and provide your team of HR Business Partners with the tools, resources, and support needed to deliver strategic, consultative advice and service delivery. By aligning People, Capability and Culture (PC&C) initiatives with the organisations priorities, youll contribute to Scheme outcomes and manage the industrial and employee relations landscape.The positionAs the Manager HR Business Partnering, you will lead and guide a dedicated HR Business Partnering team in the flow to work approach to implement strategic HR initiatives that drive organisational effectiveness, talent development and employee engagement. You will be responsible for implementing consistent HR frameworks and processes within designated business groups, ensuring compliance and promoting a positive work environment. A key aspect of your role will involve managing high-risk employee and industrial relations issues and working closely with HR Business Partners to mitigate risks and ensure effective resolution while coaching managers.
