Were united by purpose, inspired by you.About The RoleAct as a talent advisor to management by developing and executing recruitment strategies in a competitive market.Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, evaluation, and offer negotiation.Utilize various sourcing channels including job postings, job boards, internet sourcing, social networks, referrals, and events.Create an impressive candidate experience through effective communication, timely feedback, and structured interviews.Track recruitment metrics and analyze data to improve sourcing strategies.Promote UKGs brand at vendor events and recruiting activities.Qualifications5+ years of successful recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment preferred.Deep knowledge of full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, competency-based interviewing, negotiations, and candidate management.Ability to influence change through data and metrics.Strong time management skills and adaptability in a dynamic environment.Experience in talent advising, using data to influence hiring decisions.Where Were GoingUKG leads in workforce management and human capital management markets.
