The role is for a Project Manager or Assistant Project Manager to deliver strategy, provide guidance across contracting partnerships, procurement, and contract management across sectors including commercial, education, retail, and social housing.The responsibilities include (but are not limited to):Design ManagementTender Phase documentation, support, assessment, and finalisationConstruction superintendency, project claims and certification, reporting, and contract administrationProject AdministrationContract administration including SuperintendingStrong communication and writing skills (formal & informal)Collaborating with colleagues and line managersDesign development & project deliveryStakeholder managementAbout youA relevant tertiary qualificationMust have Australian client-side consultancy experienceTeam collaboration skills2-7+ years of project management/development experience (preferable)Experience in architecture, engineering, or quantity surveying is idealFront-end delivery experience is essentialAbility to work proactively and autonomouslyExperience working with design teams, tender and procurement processes, and a sound understanding of construction contract administrationHigh attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure project delivery on time and within budgetExcellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skillsAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionProven problem-solving skills and ability to stay calm under pressure on complex projectsFor any questions regarding this role or other opportunities with D&B and our clients, please contact Ben James at 0401 205 618 or bjames@designandbuild.com.au, or click apply.Your application will be treated as strictly confidential.#J-18808-Ljbffr
