This role reports to the HR General Manager and oversees the day-to-day operations of the Employee Relations (ER) and Recruitment teams.Who are we looking for?We seek an individual with HR leadership experience aiming for senior or executive management roles. The ideal candidate will have university qualifications in a relevant field, strong industrial relations knowledge, and contemporary management skills.Exceptional interpersonal skills, influence, rapport-building, conflict management, and an ethical HR approach are essential.
