The branch aims to enable broader organizational needs with a focus on compliance and transparent decision-making.Typical DutiesPlease note: Executive Level employees may be required to work outside regular hours and travel domestically, including overnight stays. Flexibility requests will be considered individually.Selection CriteriaWe seek an individual with integrity, agility, and adaptability, capable of managing competing priorities. Experience in managing customer complaints, including those involving external scrutiny such as the Commonwealth Ombudsman, is essential. Excellent communication skills and the ability to represent the FWO professionally are required.
