Are you looking for an employer that offers flexible working arrangements?If the answer isYES,then theCanberra officeof ACIL Allenis looking for an experienced and ambitious consultant like yourself to join our growing team.About the roleAs aSenior Consultantin the Canberra office of ACIL Allen, you will work across all aspects of our economic and public policy advisory portfolio, including: Development of methodologies and proposals, Gathering and analysing information, Client liaison and management, Research, report writing, and stakeholder engagement.You will have the opportunity to develop your advisory skills in economics and public policy by undertaking complex, challenging, and high-profile engagements under the guidance of highly skilled leaders, experts, and scholars in the field.About youTo succeed in this role, you should meet the followingrequirements : Bachelor''s degree or higher in an appropriatequantitative or economics-based discipline (e.g., economics, statistics, mathematics, finance ). At least 5+ years of experience in economics, regulation, and public policy advice in government or consulting. Ability to work with or create economic models and develop insights through rigorous analysis and practical understanding of markets and incentive structures. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and in writing. Self-driven with the ability to work independently or in teams.Additionaldesirablequalities for the role are: Advanced analytical skills in Microsoft Excel. Developed analytical skills in other analytical toolkits (e.g., R, Python, GEMPACK).
