This team manages risk and profitability related to funding/liquidity and asset optimization across all Asian markets, trading various financing products. It operates in a fast-paced environment with connectivity to clients and trading desks.Primary ResponsibilitiesManage Equity Finance metrics daily across all Asian markets, including funding, liquidity, balance sheet, and regulatory targets.Oversee risk management, positioning, and optimization of equity financing books.Trade Funding and Sourcing TRS portfolios daily in Australia, Japan, and other Asian markets.Manage and expand relationships with asset owners, Sovereign Wealth Funds, and funding counterparties.Perform daily P&L reconciliation and book management.Collaborate with related business units to maximize franchise value.Build strong relationships with legal, compliance, risk, operations, and technology teams.QualificationsExperience in securities finance or similar trading environments.Experience in equity derivatives and cash trading is highly preferred.Excellent analytical and quantitative skills.Strong team player with a solid work ethic.Ability to multitask in high-pressure settings.Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.Entrepreneurial, innovative, and risk-aware approach.What You Can Expect From Morgan StanleyWe are committed to excellence, diversity, and inclusion, guiding our decisions to serve clients and communities effectively.
