This role will play a key part in shaping the future state of the organization by supporting technology rationalization efforts and delivering insightful transformation assessments. This engagement may extend into a long-term opportunity with Tranzformd.This is a fast-paced, high-impact role suited for someone with stronganalytical and storytelling capabilities , who thrives in data-heavy environments and has experience working across complex enterprises. The initial engagement is short-term, with potential for extension based on performance and project needs.The opportunity: #yourroleBy joining Tranzformd, you will work with ASX-listed companies on transformation strategies, initiatives, and programs of work. Your responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:Conducting transformation assessments focusing on technology enablement and process improvementLeading and contributing to technology rationalization or enhancement initiatives across enterprise systemsAnalyzing large, complex datasets and synthesizing insights to support strategic recommendationsDeveloping clear, compelling presentations to communicate findings and future-state process designs to stakeholdersDesigning and articulating future-state operating models and process improvements aligned with business goalsCollaborating with People & Culture stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational change objectivesDelivering high-quality, quick turn-around deliverables, including executive-level PowerPoint decks and Excel analysesSupporting project planning and reporting activities across cross-functional teamsRequired Qualifications:Proven consulting experience, ideally with a Big 4 firm (e.g., Deloitte, PwC, EY, KPMG)Strong background in Human Capital, People & Culture, or Organization TransformationExperience in technology transformation and rationalization within complex organizationsExcellent analytical skills; comfortable working with large datasets (advanced Excel required)Strong PowerPoint skills with the ability to structure narratives and create executive-level presentationsExperience in designing future-state processes and operating modelsAbility to quickly digest and simplify complex information into actionable insightsExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skillsWho are you joining?
