With multiple brandsStake, Kick, and Twistyou will be instrumental in identifying and attracting top-tier talent to drive growth and innovation. You will work closely with hiring managers and department heads, leading end-to-end recruitment processes, from creating compelling job descriptions to conducting interviews, negotiating offers, and shaping our company culture.You will leverage your expertise in sourcing and assessing candidates in fields such as Data, CyberSecurity, and Product. Your ability to navigate these industries will be crucial as we build a team at the forefront of innovation. Additionally, you will participate in interviewing training, EVP, and Talent Branding projects to expand our reach in 2024. We offer opportunities across various departments including Tech, Marketing, Operations, Mathematics, and Design.What you''ll do:Sourcing and RecruitmentAdvertise open positions via our careers page, LinkedIn, and job boards such as Seek, Indeed, Glassdoor, and Workforce Australia for visa candidates.Source candidates through resume databases, Boolean searches, industry contacts, networks, referrals, and engage with active and passive talent on LinkedIn Recruiter, connecting them to current opportunities.Pre-screen candidates via phone, video, or in person. Evaluate applicants, shortlist top candidates, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers, ensuring alignment with salary benchmarks.Maintain our applicant tracking system, job boards, and employee referral program.
