This role is based in our Melbourne office with a hybrid work model, joining a team of experienced Talent Acquisition partners committed to Civica''s vision of becoming a Global GovTech Champion.What you will do to be successful in this roleExecute and deliver volume hiring for both permanent and contract roles.Specialize in hiring for call centre and administrative roles, with proven experience in this area.Utilize data to achieve hiring targets and report effectively to the business.Work efficiently under pace and volume demands.Plan and manage bulk hiring campaigns, ensuring smooth execution and stakeholder coordination.Understand vetting, endorsement, and background check processes.Adhere to compliance, data privacy, and governance standards, especially with government clients.Partner with stakeholders, providing regular updates on progress.Drive process improvements and system optimizations for efficiency and scalability.Maintain high attention to detail, organize, and meet tight deadlines.Communicate effectively at all levels, engaging with senior stakeholders and colleagues.Adapt to changing priorities and processes.Work collaboratively with a team mindset.Preferably have experience using Workable.BenefitsWe value our people and offer a supportive, inclusive environment that encourages growth and well-being.
