This role requires strong leadership to influence stakeholders at all levels across the businesses with integrity and transparency and plays a critical role in establishing broader business cadence.You will have commercial and financial expertise to challenge as well as partner with the business to deliver the optimal business outcomes delivering to the strategy of the Qantas Loyalty segment. Critical to the success of this role is the need to support effective commercial outcomes, the ability to make appropriate levels of judgement and the capability to drive accurate forecasts which identify and mitigate business risk.You''ll have -Financial acumen including 5-8 years of experienceCPA/CA/equivalent qualificationExceptional stakeholder management skills to communicate with internal and external stakeholders within the businessPrevious experience with delivery against forecast, management of the annual operating budget and forecasting for business opportunitiesPrevious experience in a large, complex organisationDemonstrated contribution to the continuous improvement of a business Finance functionResource management experience in a project contextAbility to identify and know how to overcome roadblocks to deliver successful outcomesGood communication and influencing skills to ensure project visibility and support Intellectual capability to quickly understand and apply new conceptsStrong sense of urgency, focus on outcomes and drive for successAbility to work in teams and to lead and contribute in a team environmentSound organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise conflicting tasks in order to meet strict deadlinesDemonstrated analytical, financial and/or problem-solving skillsOwn and develop relationships in the business & influence senior leadership decisionsWhy Qantas?If you''re successful in your application, you''ll join a team where creativity and passion are encouraged.
