Benefits include flexible working arrangements and genuine career progression within an established finance team.The ChallengeReporting to the Finance Director and partnering with National General Managers, the Finance Business Partner will advise on all project accounting matters. Responsibilities include:Supporting firm-wide financial decision-making through reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and analysis.Driving cost efficiency and enhancing financial insights.Acting as a commercial advisor through strong business partnerships with legal and shared services teams.Delivering monthly financial reports and commentary for various departments.Preparing partner entitlements, allocations, and KPI analysis.Building trust with stakeholders by providing clear financial advice and participating in planning sessions.Managing forecasts and budgets using TM1, including variance and trend analysis.Conducting scenario analysis and reviewing profitability and working capital metrics.Supporting lawyer and partner performance evaluations and promotions with financial data.Developing executive presentations and leading reporting and strategic projects improvements.The ExpertiseCandidates should possess:CA/CPA with 6-8 years post-qualified experience.Experience starting in Big4 or mid-tier firms, followed by industry experience in a large global corporation or professional services firm.Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and analysis.Experience managing large data sets.Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills.Strong interpersonal skills and stakeholder communication abilities.The Next StepIf this role aligns with your career goals, for more details on the position, remuneration, or a copy of the job description, please contact Cody Johnson at 027 380 107 for a confidential discussion.
