Job DescriptionHandle all incoming reservation inquiries promptly, with a focus on upselling and maximizing revenue opportunities.Provide passionate, knowledgeable, and friendly service to both external and internal guests at all times.Greet all guests interacting with the Reservations department in a friendly manner, using the guest''s name at all times.Maintain accuracy during calls and while inputting details.Answer all telephone calls within three rings professionally, according to brand standards.Familiarize yourself with the reservations system, rate structures, occupancy, and property features to maximize occupancy.Ensure all guest details are fully updated in the PMS system and maintain efficient records.Act on requirements as needed and confirm details with guests or bookers.Adhere to set rates.Become and maintain fluency with the Accor Loyalty Programme.Maintain strong product knowledge of all available products and specials at the property and surrounding area.Read all communication material at the start of each shift.Ensure special requests are communicated to relevant departments for timely action.Communicate clearly with other departments to pass on relevant information.Inform the Sales Team of any relevant sales leads. #J-18808-Ljbffr
