ICT Support Officer - Dual Site Role (Nowra and Shellharbour)As an ICT Support Officer, you will support the academic, spiritual, and pastoral needs of students through technology. You will be part of an on-site support team assisting end users with ICT infrastructure, providing first and second-level support, delivering quality customer service, assisting with the School''s ICT strategy, managing communication equipment, and traveling between locations as needed.Provide 1st and 2nd support to end usersDeliver high-quality reactive and proactive customer service to staff and studentsAssist in implementing and managing the Schools ICT strategyEnsure coverage is split equally between both colleges during a work weekManage the schools communication equipment: telephone system, bells, and soundTravel between locations as requiredWhat you bring:The ideal candidate has experience in team collaboration, workload management, AV systems support, end-user hardware and software support, training, and SLA adherence.
