The OpportunityThis role involves maintaining project timelines, managing documentation, and ensuring clear, consistent communication to keep stakeholders informed and aligned. It supports the Pre-Construction team in delivering quality outcomes and operational excellence. Responsibilities Business-to-business liaison with key investor clients. Arrange new Sketch and Quote requests. Engage in cross-departmental communication and email coordination with internal team members. Ensure adherence to pre-construction timelines and manage workflow expectations. Data entry of new home sales. Adhoc administrative tasks. To be successful in this role, you will have: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role within a residential building company. Experience in Shire/Client Liaison, Maintenance, Contracts Administration, or working for a residential building supplier. High attention to detail and a customer-centric approach. Ability to liaise professionally with key clients and brokers. Ability to meet strict deadlines. Understanding of plans and construction documentation.
