You will be in constant motion, zipping around to assist our room and public area attendants with a flair for being everyone''s go-to helper. Delivering requested items to guests'' rooms, ensuring our room attendants have a steady supply of linens, towels, and amenities, and handling the collection of used linens for laundering are some key tasks of the role. Your flexibility and willingness to help make you an essential part of our team, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for our guests.The RoleCasual loading on all hourly rates! Base rate of $24.98. With Loadings: Monday - Friday $31.23ph, Saturday $37.47ph, Sunday $43.72ph and Public Holidays $62.45ph!Adult wages for all team members 16 years and aboveSupportive and fun teamPrimary ResponsibilitiesPrioritise and promptly fulfil guest requests, including delivering amenities, beds, cots, blankets, and pillows, and collecting items from guest rooms as neededCollaborate with all members of the housekeeping team to ensure tasks are completed in a timely mannerGather used linens from guest rooms and transport to the designated appropriate areaAssist with cleaning guest rooms and public area spaces as requestedHandle chemicals and cleaning materials with safety, respect guest privacy and security, and promptly report maintenance issuesProvide a welcoming service to all guests, assisting with questions, concerns, and offering precise details about our property''s amenities and featuresSkills and ExperienceYour communication style is warm and welcoming where guests and team members alike feel right at home around you!You have an eye for detail and work efficiently, managing your time well and taking pride in your tasksYou enjoy a physical role, navigating the property may involve using internal and external staircases, open pathways and pushing heavy trollies and equipmentYou embrace collaborating with colleagues from various backgroundsReliable transportation and availability to work a variety of shifts including weekends and public holidays as requiredAt Accor, we welcome you as you are.
