What''s on offer? We are currently seeking a Mill Operator to join our team in Lara. Reporting to the Production Manager, the key focus of this role is to ensure the safe and compliant receival of raw materials and premixes, monitor and control production of the finished products, and ensure feed is efficiently packed and labelled. The Role The key responsibilities for this position include: Inventory reconciliation and reporting Stocktaking as required Operating a raw material receival computerised production line Ensuring that the plant and equipment meet specified standards and are in safe working condition at all times Completing all raw material testing requirements as per Ridley receivals testing procedures Accurate S4 allocation and premix addition with reconciliation Performing any other responsibilities as designated by the Site Manager or Delegate Identifying and reporting non-conformances as per Ridley process Unloading transport vehicles, including finished feed, raw materials, premix, and additives, as per Ridley receival standards You will have Basic literacy and numeracy skills Understanding of site HACCP Plan Understanding of site safety policies and procedures Sound knowledge of OH&S and environmental policies and legislation Sound computing skills 2+ years manufacturing experience (desirable) How to apply If you are a motivated and reliable individual and meet the qualifications outlined above, please click apply for this job and submit your resume and cover letter.
