This is a rare opportunity for a recent property graduate or second & third year student looking to work alongside and be mentored by our experienced team of market leading specialists.You will be exposed to and assist in performing detailed valuations on a range of asset classes including some of Perths most iconic CBD office, retail and industrial assets.You will undertake a wide variety of tasks including collection and analysis of sales and leasing evidence, completion of cash flow models and compilation of reports.QualificationsTo be successful you will need to demonstrate:Strong attention to detail.Proficient writing skills.Ability to build relationships at all levels of the business.Ability to network and build relationships with clients.Intermediate to Advanced level MS Excel and Word skills.Proactive and self-motivated keen to add value to the team.Your strong numerical analysis and problem solving capabilities, coupled with exceptional communication, organisational and time management skills will ensure success in this rewarding role.In return we offer you a market leading, learning based professional environment where you will be supported in your work, rewarded for your efforts and respected for your talents.Additional InformationWe fosteran environment in which everyone at Colliers feels respected and comfortable bringing their authentic selves to do their best work.
