The role The Program Manager, Major Works will lead a program of work encompassing multiple large-scale projects within the Liveable Water Solutions group, starting with program analysis and continuing through to handover with the Service Delivery group (operations and maintenance). The Program Manager is responsible for strategic planning, management & co-ordination, and technical leadership of all elements of the program, as well as people leadership of the assigned program employees. Who are you? To be successful in this role, you will bring strong project management skills along with the ability to: Engage with external stakeholders to develop and document the vision and strategic intent of the program Problem-solve across intra- and inter-organisational boundaries from strategy through to program delivery, identifying improvements and/or changes as required Successfully guide people through change management while developing and maintaining strong relationships You will have: Extensive knowledge of the water, sewer, and wastewater treatment plant industry, asset design, and construction methodologies Proven experience in managing and delivering large multi-disciplinary programs and capital works in the water industry Tertiary engineering qualifications, project management qualifications, or significant experience (10-15 years) in the water industry What''s in it for you?
