From classrooms and civic centres to aged care and health infrastructure, your work improves how people live, learn, and connect.Upgrades that schools and communities rely on.Youll lead projects from $1M$9M across regional and metro NSW, refurbs, extensions, and new builds in places like Inverell, Chatswood, and Newcastle.Your new employer is a construction company thats been quietly building better spaces for over 30 years. Theyre a builder of choice for Government, Education, and Aged Care clients because they deliver on time, with integrity, and with a meticulous attention to detail that stands the test of time.They dont advertise loudly. Their reputation grows because clients keep coming back.The RoleYou wont be babysitting checklists. Youll be the one setting the bar, leading people, managing high stakes builds, and navigating client relationships with confidence and credibility.Youll be the glue between technical delivery and commercial performance.Youll need to bring edge too. A background in commercial construction, ideally with 35 years in a Project Manager role. A solid understanding of structure, civils a bonus, but not essential. Youll be across the full project lifecycle, from design handover through to delivery, and comfortable navigating complex contracts with clarity.You wont be expected to do everything.
