As a Physiotherapist with Empower, you will work with a variety of Musculoskeletal, Neurological, and Cardiorespiratory clients.In a supportive team environment, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive services across Residential Aged Care facilities in Western Melbourne.Your responsibilities include:Conducting assessments and delivering tailored physiotherapy treatment plansCollaborating with other health professionals for multidisciplinary careEducating clients and families to promote healthy livingCommunicating effectively with facilitiesWorking autonomously to prioritize tasks, maintain records, and prepare reportsDo you have what it takes?We seek passionate individuals committed to making a difference.
