We''re growing fast and need enthusiastic, driven individuals to help us connect more families with their ideal Centre.About Guardians Transformation & Business Improvement OfficeGuardians Transformation & Business Improvement Office is responsible for project managing the delivery of strategic initiatives, improving operational efficiency, and supporting business growth. Led by the Head of Transformation, the team manages the PMO, provides project management for priority initiatives, facilitates problem-solving workshops, and develops scalable solutions that impact both the Support Office and Guardians network of centres.The RoleThe Business Improvement Consultant has two critical priorities - firstly, supporting leadership team members to successfully project manage and deliver outcomes for their priority projects. Secondly, to support problem solving and solution development for complex challenges.
